About Me

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Southern Medical University, one of China’s top medical universities, I received systematic and specialized education in the field of biotechnology there. After graduation, I pursue a Mphil degree in bioinformatics under the supervision of Prof. Shengfeng Huang at Sun Yat-sen University, a world-class institution where I am exposed to a broader platform and my horizons is extremely expanded meanwhile. I am engaged in data analysis work related to comparative genomics, microbiomics, and transcriptomics. At the same time, I am also interested in research in other fields like single cell RNA-seq analysis, multi-omics analysis and so on. Check out my CV for more details about me.

Now, I am in pursuit of a bioinformatics-related job in my field of interest. Any relevant position is acceptable for me !
